10% down for all service

No e-transfer

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.
  • A deposit may be required for full details or large jobs.
  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit being non-refundable.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due immediately after service is completed.
  • We accept: Cash, Debit, Credit.
  • No e-transfer.
  • Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and level of dirt.

3. Vehicle Condition

  • Prices listed are starting prices only.
  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, or biohazards may result in additional charges.
  • Service may be refused if conditions are unsafe.

4. Personal Belongings

  • Please remove all personal items before your appointment.
  • Slick Auto Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

  • We are not responsible for scratches, dents, or worn paint that already exist.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by fragile or aged parts (e.g. brittle plastics, peeling trim).
  • We will point out major issues before starting when possible.

6. Weather Policy (Mobile Service)

  • In case of bad weather (rain, extreme cold, wind), we may reschedule your appointment.
  • When possible, service can be moved to a covered location if available.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction matters.
  • If you are not happy, please let us know before we leave, and we will do our best to fix it.

8. Time Estimates

  • Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition.
  • Quality always comes first over speed.

9. Engine Bay Cleaning Disclaimer (Optional Add-On)

  • Engine bay cleaning is done with care.
  • Slick Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing electrical or mechanical issues.
  • Service is performed at the customer's own risk.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for biohazards (vomit, blood, mold, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for aggressive or disrespectful behavior.
